A Piece of Cake Birthday Mashup

Couldn't resist the color challenge at the Friday Mashup...and whenever there is cake, I'm ALL in!

Here's the card I crafted:

It has a fun fold to open like this:

Take a Coastal Cabana marker to a little bitty Glimmer Paper flower and add a pearl:
