Helping to make your holidays happier, I'm holding my first Christmas Card class 

next week in Spanish Fork, UT and you have two times to choose from: 

Tuesday, October 14 at 7 p.m. or Wednesday, October 15 at 10 a.m.

You'll create 4 different cards for $10* and I'll have everything prepared for you to stamp and assemble, all you need to bring are scissors and adhesive! 

*4 cards isn't enough? RSVP for two sets and save $2

Create a mini album in a snap: We did the work and saved the fun for you! We measured, cut, and gathered the paper and accents so you don't have to, but the pages aren't predesigned—you put it together however you want. Keep it for yourself or give it to someone else to enjoy: It's perfect for a mother, friend, grad or to collect memories of a special event! It's a simple, quick way to capture life's precious moments.

It's more fun to craft with a friend and you can personalize this project with your bestie in Southern Utah on April 12th or in Spanish Fork on April 16th. Just check out my Events page and register early!

Virtual Stamp TOGETHER!

Have you ever wished you could stamp with a bunch of like-minded girlfriends from the comfort of your own home? Your wish is granted--and your opportunity is March 26!

This is a live, streaming event where we will show you some fun projects. Simply choose your preferred device--computer, tablet, smart phone, or even hook up your computer to your TV*--and tune in to learn some fun new things to do with the bundle!

WHEN: March 26, 2014, at 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 11:00 PM (all times Mountain Time). We'll demonstrate the same projects each time, so choose the one that's best for you.

WHERE: You don't even have to leave home. Come to http://www.youtube.com/stampinupvideo at your chosen time, and be prepared to stamp! We'll also award door prizes to random participants.

WHY: So many occasions are coming--Easter, Mother's Day, graduations, and more--and we want to help you be ready.

Life Happened (& Card Class)

Sometimes life comes at you all at once! That happened to me last week: A death, a birth, a visit from my daughter, a trip to southern Utah, a card class, a shoebox swap, a stamp day, a funeral, an emergency family council and a red-eye flight to send my girl back to D.C. on the same night as Daylight Savings, followed by early morning church!

I should have snapped a pic at the funeral, but didn't think of that :(

All in all, it was a great adventure and one I won't soon forget!

I've learned to stop saying, "When life slows down, I will _______" because life isn't about to slow down anytime soon! Instead, I make time for the things that are important to me, including creativity. If you need a creative escape this weekend, come on over to my Stamp-a-Stack card class!

Stamp and Share

Often as my stampin' friends are creating cards at one of my classes, I'll hear them say something like "This is too cute to give away!" The solution was simple: Make more than one card! So when you attend my Card Buffet class (the next one is August 31, click here to register) you'll create 2 of each of these lovely greeting cards...and you'll notice there is a variety of styles, so there really is something for everyone! With one to keep and one to share, you can spread the joy to someone else as well.

Tag-a-Bag Album & Class

If you've been busy making memories this summer, you'll want to preserve them to share in this whimsical Paper Bag Album...and you can finish it in about an hour at my class next Wednesday!

With 10 delightful chevron pages, pockets and tassels, there is plenty of room to store pictures & memorabilia from a family vacation, a special friendship or just capture the everyday happiness at your house. Participants need to bring scissors and adhesive, everything else is provided.

Create cards, gifts, bags & tags at this fun class on Thursday, June 27th at 10 a.m. OR 7 p.m. You'll also take home the Birthday Cake Stamp to keep for future creating! Remember to bring scissors & adhesive (SNAIL and Sticky Strip recommended). Cost: $18.

Easter Comes Early

As Easter is on March 31st this year (and it's just around the corner), I thought it would be fun to teach a Craft Camp to help prepare for Spring and the celebration of Easter! Here is one of the projects you'll be creating at the camp; A Spring Sampler!

Yes, it includes the frame! There are other projects we'll be making that day, and I'll try to share them over the next few weeks. As always, this will be at my home in Spanish Fork and space is limited, so register early (Paypal link below)!

You don't need to own a Big Shot to attend this class...in fact the only things you need are scissors, SNAIL adhesive and Sticky Strip (you can order refills when you register, if needed). This time, you'll be creating 3 fun projects for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas (shown above). Of course, it's even more fun when you come with a friend :) so register before Monday, October 15th to reserve your spot: Remember to indicate which class time you'll be attending!

Holiday Card Class: SATURDAY

I used to think that someday life would slow down...now I've decided that's never going to happen, so I had to choose to give up something. I chose housework. I mean, you clean a room and then someone comes along and messes it up or you wash the dishes and then it's time to eat again. Sheesh. I'd much rather stamp something...at least I know that nobody is going to come along and take it apart!

That said, I'm late in posting this here (but it has been on my event calendar for a while).

HOLIDAY CARD CLASS

Create 6 beautiful cards: 2 each for Halloween, Thanksgiving (shown above) and Christmas. You will have one to keep and one to share with a friend! Each comes with an envelope and I'll do most of the work for you...you can simply come and stamp :) Bring SNAIL adhesive and scissors. If you need to order a SNAIL refill, let me know when you RSVP.

Here's the key: You need to RSVP by TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 (yes, I know that is tomorrow, but I need time to order supplies and cut them!) so call your best friend and make a creative date to come play together!
